Facilities keeps the 572 acres of JAARS and all the buildings on it running. Because they keep the buildings and grounds in good repair, the other departments can focus on their work in support of Bible translation.

Missionaries need a reliable method for transporting their equipment and belongings to the field. For example, the Shipping & Receiving Department could be in charge of shipping a mechanic’s toolbox which allows him to fix a plane that allows a pilot to take a translator to her assignment.
